Goin' to the parade...

As always, life has taken some unexpected twists this past month. Adam and Alyssa have moved back to Utah!!!!! YEAH!!! We are thrilled to have them back. Surely it has been quite an adjustment for their little family, but we are so grateful to have them back. Rhen and I had a sleepover with the neices and the nephew. It was crazy, but we had so much fun. We went to see Ramona and Beezus, which took me back. I remeber reading the Ramona books when I was in elementary school. Then next day we took them to the 24th of July parade. We were VERY late.... which is why we don't have pictures of the floats or the crowd. We need practice when it comes to getting four little kids up, fed, dressed, happy, and buckled into the car. We were soooo happy that we had chosen to include Grandma in our sleepover, because Rhen and I might not have made it!

It was fun to have all the little ones together. After we finished up our snow cone party, we headed home. We love our little friends are so grateful for their cute smiles, silly giggles, and the funny things they say. Being and aunt/uncle is pretty great!
